incredible customer service. even though a 40min frightening waiting time for coffee and eating. sophie took care of us and even offered to pay for our table in apology, I also saw them go out of their way to help a dame with a jug spilled juice and pay for a child egg if not enough money. she talked about how eating is prepared and really cared about us why I give you five stars. first time to be here and will come back. recommend to ask for sophie, not so sure about the other girls. beautiful landscape and well-thought menu good selection of drinks

We just used the Grounds Keeper Cafe, to cater an Education Day for 115. There online order form is so easy to use. The Service from Sam and the team was exceptional. I had to make a last minute alteration to the delivery of our order and they were extremely accommodating. Everyone attending commented on how delicious the food was and the variety. Can’t wait till our next event.Vegetarian options: Our Vegetarian and Vegan staff were all so happy with the food.

child-friendly: ordered child breakfast, the sourdough bread was rock hard n the butter was frozen. the pancakes were thick n tasteless. I was too many places in my time, this caffe was the worst I've ever been, terrible that he didn't come back.

put a job, waited almost an hour without drinks or eating, so they come by and tell us that they lost our order.
