The Guljar - Réservation de table

What a disappointment, we drove passed and decided to sit and dine, from the beginning the service was shocking, no drink orders taken for 15 minutes and 20 minutes before any food order was taken, after asking 3 times, was strange as there were only 3 tables that were taken at the time, even the young gentleman who kept passing up and down in between tables, his communication was terrible, all the chicken tikka starter was rubbery and cold and had to be sent back and the mains lacked flavour and were warm, like that had been sitting on the side for some time, it says it all when the best part of the meal was the garlic naan even that was bang average we decided to inform the “manager/owner”...

Food is very nice, service with a smile also. If your driving to this restaurant the parking is very limited. Advertise a meal deal during the week i have never tried but its an option for a cheap cheeky midweek meal out. Had my daughters birthday here, lovely people. They put banners up and bought a cake, food was lovely. My only complaint is that they made me pay the deposit in cash, but it didn't really matter.
