I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich along with a fries and onion ring combo for curbside pickup. From the moment I placed my order to when I had to go inside to collect it myself, just over 20 minutes had passed. Unfortunately, my sides were left sitting in the window for quite some time, and they were cold by the time I finally got to eat them. I could see the employee packaging my order, and since mine was the only one ready, it was clear it was meant for me. After reading the reviews for this place I decided to try them for the first time and unfortunately they dropped the ball. I ordered through UberEATS and received both burgers with shredded lettuce that was mixed with the barbecue sauce even though it was ordered with NO LETTUCE on the app and also on the ticket upon delivery. Unfortunately this really changed the quality and taste of the burgers because even picking the lettuce off the burgers there was no barbecue sauce left and changed the quality and taste of the barbecue bacon cheese burgers. From the outside we had thought this was a table service restaurant, but once inside realized it was a fast food place, but decided to give it a go. The food was actually pretty good, better quality than you'd expect. There was enough choices to really customize your sandwich or burger, but not overwhelming. The prices were on par for fast food. Service was friendly and quick. The only complaint was one of us got cold fries and the other obviously fresh fries. Would go again.
Super disappointed. I got lunch for my team. We had a choice of Chick Filet, Red Robin, or Habit Burger. We all chose Habit Burger cause none of us have had it before. I ordered the Family meal (4 burgers 4 fries) and an additional Char Burger. The burgers and fries were cold. Some of the fries were not even cooked all the way. Burgers were bland and smushed. From the outside, I didn't realize it was a counter service/fast food restaurant. I also was not impressed with the double char cheese burger, the bun was squashed and soggy from the sauce and veggies. The avocado in the Santa Barbara Char was not detectable. Mango shake didn't have much mango flavor. The green bean tempura was good though.
