The Habit, in my opinion, is one of the greatest burger chains in the US. I've been to quite a few locations, and this was my first time at this one. My burger lived up to expectations indeed. It was nicely hot. Of course, there is no guarantee that your burger will always be perfect, but at least I can say that this location absolutely has the ability to. The new limited time Oreo shake is also really good, better than the original three flavors by miles. It is smooth and easy to drink, and filled with plenty of Oreo bits. Abit addicting, admittedly. My recommendation is a Double Char with all the toppings, with a side of onion rings or sweet potato fries, plus the all important shake. Whet...
They served me a sandwich with brown avocado and tried to oxidize it. Oxidation is a result of bacterial growth. I told them it's avocado and it should be green. I tried to eat, but just threw it away. Brown Avocado is disgusting, I don't know why someone would serve it in a sandwich. I couldn't get my money back, they said there was nothing wrong with their brown, oxidized avocado, probably poisonous. I didn't even know Avocado was on the sandwich. I'm just getting excuses. Terrible experience caused by bad mentality. Will probably stop going to all Habit Burgers, because it has proved to be nothing else than McDonald's, maybe worse. There's no protocol with Avocado, I'm disgusting.
The food is decent, which is why I decided to give them another attempt, but OHNE fail, my order was wrong again! You need to hire people who are able to follow simple written instructions for online orders! I asked to submit the bungalow on one of my four burgers for sourdough bread, what?t done. I also asked and paid two of the four pattys for impossibility? You know simple options offered online and that wasn't done either. Then I tried to talk to a manager and I was told I had to go back to the restaurant and go in. I think I could be done to promote this facility, there's always something WRONG! Oh yes, not to mention that I asked for crispy frits and got soggys!
The burgers were lacking in flavor; all I could taste were the hamburger and pickles. The Santa Barbara Cobb salad also had very little taste, and the shredded lettuce was quite soggy. On a positive note, the Tempura Green Beans were excellent, and the Crispy Chicken Sandwich was enjoyable, but unfortunately, it didn't reheat well.

That was probably a free day, but the same day, two bad things occurred. While waiting for my order, I found the black iced tea urn empty. When my burger was served, it was boiled until it was dry and tasteless. I would have had a meal at Burger King for half the price. That was a unique event. Generally, I'm safe with my order.
I'm not a big fan of the mushroom burger at all. But everything else is decent. The fish sandwich is very plain and blah. I had to take it home and doctor it up. But the crew is great and everybody's very helpful and polite there. A shout out to the crew that always seems to be working hard and getting the orders done
This is definitely a new favorite for me. Great options and flavor. I had a fried onion ring on my burger. By the time I got home and tore apart the bag to get to my burger and sink my teeth into it, the batter was still crunchy. Don't know why I haven't been here more often.
Good burgers at a good price. Customer service needs work, and I always get an attitude when I get in and pick up my online order and there is no ranch in the bag for my panko green beans, even if I just ask. It happened a few times with the same attitude.

The burgers here are incredibly delicious and priced very reasonably! I also appreciate the excellent air conditioning, especially on a hot day.
