They gave me bad food. I don't know how else to say it. I just wanted a cheeseburger and I think they deliberately made it as bad as they could and I don't know why. It's not like I was rude to anyone when I was there. My order was to go so I didn't look at the food till I got home. That burger looks sad let me tell you. I could've gotten a better burger at McDonald's seriously. Tiny little ripped up patty, an old single piece of lettuce and an old tomato slice. $15 for that and some soggy undercooked fries. Never coming back here again
Food was fresh and cooked well... Service was professional, friendly, and they treated me with respect. They really cared about my order and made sure everything was perfect for me. Overall I was satisfied and thankful for the good food and service.
I just realized that this place has the same vibe as the one in Santa Barbara. I dined at the original location more than 20 years ago. I ordered the Santa Barbara with onion rings, and it was really tasty and reasonably priced.
Good service. Fast order and pick up for take out. I like the green beans. Onion rings were a little more crispy than I like. But were good. Tried the chick sandwich. Gonna stick to burgers. Not a place for chickens.

Fast food for fast lunches. Didn't take long for the food to be ready and it was good not great. Seasonal items are cool but stick to what you're great at :
Food is always good. Check your order if you customized, about 70% Right. It's also often a long wait for your food. Everything usually tastes good.
Service is always fast friendly. I have even been given a shake to sip on while I waited for my order! Food is always fresh tasty too.

Habit in Downey is the best! Very clean, has great food, and good customer service. I recommend it.
Order fries crispy, they were cold and soggy. I threw them away. Very disappointed.
