The Habit Burger Grill

My brother and I decided to have The Habit for dinner on our way home from the supply; I mobile ordered my food on the way while he ordered through the kiosk, inside when we came there. Almost 45 minutes pass and I finally get my order, after the first question on arrival, if my food was there. My order ended cold with missing commandments; My brother had to wait another hour or so before he found out that someone took his order and therefore left him with nothing. To compensate, the workers give him the pommes he wanted, but they did not go on to make him another burger/sandwich, because that would take too long. In addition, when he asked for a well-deserved refund, he only got two vouchers for free burgers - no money back at all. Overall, please don't waste time here. I am usually one to give the advantage of doubt in such places, but since I went here once to get meals that were hardly busy and still have to wait 30 minutes, I don't know why I decided yesterday to come here. I understand that it is busy or they are behind; Workers have blown and rushed so that I was the most patient. But if you come near an hour and a half with several new customers and go before us with their food, it was really dark when we left and not when we arrived), something was wrong in managing the place. Good food, but work at your service speeds, The Habit.

The restaurant advertises hours open until 10pm. It?s a Saturday evening 6pm, DINNER TIME IN AMERICA, and they close! We are told we can only order to go since we made it in the doors before they locked them. While sitting waiting for our food, 7 separate customers and counting try to get in TO ORDER DINNER!!! This is the most ridiculous thing I?ve seen! I know it?s a holiday weekend, but it?s JULY 2, calm down and serve your community! Very disappointed in the owners of this establishment for allowing this nonsense.

My first visit to The Habit and it was underwhelming. We ordered a garden salad and it tasted like an airline salad with wishbone dressing. I was hugely disappointed when I ordered a cheeseburger with cheddar cheese and was told they only have 2 types of cheese...yellow American and white American. This is a burger restaurant with no cheddar. I got an overpriced fast food burger with cold sweet potato fries. The dinning area is so small and the outside seating didn't have heaters.

This was my first visit to this restaurant and was blown away. Large selection and options to choose from, and the food is prepared in place, so it was a little waiting, but we will be worth it.

The service is very fast and the burgers are so good, I also recommend the shakes, they are delicious?
