The restaurant boasts a pristine exterior and interior, although I didn’t have the opportunity to inspect the restrooms. The dining area is consistently kept clean, which is definitely a plus. However, there are some downsides. Their self-service system appeared somewhat disorganized, and it seemed like all the machines were acting up. I also had some uncertainty about whether the phone number I entered was valid. If you want extra ranch dressing, make sure to request it after placing your order. They tend to overlook such requests during the ordering process; I experienced this twice and ended up without ranch in my takeout.
Hamburger Habit is by far my favorite fast food burger place. The staff is always friendly and the burger quality is consistently good. However, the fries are often too salty and sometimes undercooked. Despite this, it is the only place where I have ever enjoyed their fries on multiple occasions.
I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and got a grilled chicken sandwich. Also ordered a garden salad with steak and the steak was left out. I should have checked the receipt but I didn't. It was half as much my fault.
Good food and by far the easiest online ordering takeout process. You get a text when your order is received and then you get another text when your order is ready for pickup. Always on time. Friendly staff!

The Habit Burger Grill delivered my order a few minutes earlier than expected, which is always appreciated. The food arrived hot and delicious, just as I’ve come to expect from their menu. Thanks!
The food was perfect, making for a fantastic experience (double char with cheese and bacon, plus fries). The extra crispy fries were just as incredible as the burger!
The burger was outstanding, but the chicken sandwich was just okay, as the meat was a bit thin. Nonetheless, fresh ingredients always make for an enjoyable meal!
The place is very good and its service is very fast. Far better than other habit burgers I visited. The taste of the burger was also very good. We'll be back.

Good burger and sweet tater fries for a chain. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff, would definitely recommend over BK, McD's, etc...
