I chose the Teriyaki Char, which is a teriyaki burger topped with a grilled pineapple slice, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and teriyaki sauce mayonnaise. They usually ask if you want everything on it, including cheese, but I requested no pickles because I don’t like them on my hamburgers—except for chili cheeseburgers. I know I'm a bit odd, but moving on! I also ordered an extra meat patty and a slice of cheese because I was in the mood for a double cheeseburger, along with sweet potato fries and a large drink. The total came to about $16. They offer drink refills as well.

I placed my order on 08/03/22 at 9:13 PM. The drive-thru attendant, Jenley (a short, heavyset woman), exhibited poor customer service skills. She was rude and condescending throughout our entire interaction. If you’re working somewhere you don’t enjoy, please consider the impact on customers and the business and think about leaving. You aren’t obligated to stay; there are other options available. On a positive note, the food was of good quality, but the customer service from that particular representative was disappointing. I reported this issue on the habitlistens website, though I doubt any action will be taken. Just wanted to share my experience.

I've had great experiences at other places like Senior Baja, Waba, Sprouts, and Farmer Bros, where the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. However, each visit to this particular Habit location has been marked by a negative atmosphere. I'm done with this spot—getting through the drive-thru is difficult, and the food just doesn't appeal to me. This might be the worst Habit I've ever experienced. It feels like there's a gloomy vibe in the air, almost reminiscent of a Walmart.

Unfortunately, each experience I've had at this Habit location has been disappointing; the staff seems unfriendly, the drive-thru is difficult to navigate, and the food is underwhelming. Overall, this is probably the worst Habit location I've been to. It's as if there's a dark cloud hanging over this place, much like a Walmart. I've decided I'm done with it.

This must?ve been THE WORST Habit experience I?ve ever had. I ordered through the drive-thru and the women was rude in the intercom and at the window. Having previously worked for this company, I know that we?re trained to give great customer service. The food wasn?t good either, the fries were limp and cold and the bun was burned. Don?t go here!! The one on campus in the colonies is better. Honestly had I not already made it home, I would?ve gone back, returned the food, and gotten a refund.
Visited the Habit Grill in Upland Calif. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment and ample seating. Ordering was a breeze and we only waited a short time before our food was ready. Delicious! I tried their new pulled pork sandwhich. To my surprise there was a hamburger patty under the pork, pickles and coleslaw. We also ordered one of the large salads which was also delicious. We will be back! Yum FYI: This location has a drive-thru, how convenient is that!
Although the overall experience was a bit underwhelming, I found the burger and portobello with extra aioli to be quite tasty. The food felt a bit thrown together, but I really value the convenience of the drive-thru, so I would probably be willing to give it another shot. Considering it was New Year's Day, it's possible that the staff were feeling a bit stressed.
The food here is really delicious. I like about the habit is they have healthy food not a lot of fried food also you can go to habit for a really healthy lunch. They have a nice selection of salads. They took away my superfood salad which they need to bring back. Pretty popular salad. I recommend

The Habit Burger Grill Upland California features the freshest grilled to order foods,great fries and onion rings and loads of cold beverages-thick ice cream shakes too! Friendly servers,sparkling clean restaurant and loads of free parking. BTW-The Ahi Tuna sandwich with avocado is terrific!
