The Halal Bros Of Ny

Please.. I don’t even feel like writing this review but I should. I used to always get food from here never again after what I saw today.. I am eating my Philly cheese steak and out of nowhere I see a hair and the worse part is that it’s a halal food spot and I got it for me and my mom she was fasting too.. I mean I get it mistakes can happen and I am not writing this review to target anyone in anyway or criticize but I just hope this restaurant be a little more careful next time knowing a lots of Muslim people trust this spot. If halal cart foods can be amazingly clean so can this restaurant. Ameen. Please guys don’t do this to anyone again be more careful next time thank you.

Rice is good. Sauce is good. Meat is good 90% of the time.(There was a few time it was a little off. Either under seasoned or overly salty. OR made me feel sick. Normally I get the combo. They do mix their spoons. Dipping the spoon in the same water every time you serve either meats, does not clean the spoon or separate the contaminates. So if something is off with one meat more then likely its being spread to the other.

ordered food by Uber and no sauce was in the bag. I called the restaurant to tell them about it and the man on the phone said maybe the driver took it and then, hung up on me. Very unprofessional, rude, and didnt apologized or try to resolve. I or my company will not be ordering again.

They were amazing at helping me get the hot sauce I desperately needed. They gave the best customer service experience ever compared to other locations.Can’t believe I never left a review. This is my go to halal spot!!! Food always awesome and service is always quick!!

Absolutely the best Halal food I’ve ever had amazing flavor always fresh. Super delicious. Can’t get enough of it my late night go to spot.
