We drove from the Northshore for a birthday brunch. We hadn't been to High Hat since before C-vid. We were hassled by the manager because our 2 sons weren't there when we were seated. Even after they arrived, the manager continued to pass by our table eyeing us and the table. His attitude toward us for the remaining stay was a put off, so much so, that we have vowed never to return. The food was only marginal, not like what we remember from before. We've shared our experience with several of our friends and family. We do not recommend this place.

Just had the absolute worst piece of fish I have ever had in New Orleans and it was the Flat Top Catfish from High Hat. 4 Tiny strips of mangled catfish, sloppily plated. It was awful and it looked awful! The Menu is old, tired and is desperate for an upgrade!

I will always come here when I come to New Orleans. The Food is amazing and the staff are equally amazing!!
