I stayed for one, night mid-week, the bedroom I had was a lovely modern, clean room, with a nice walk -in shower and very comfortable bed and quiet at night, all the staff seemed very friendly. The Hotel carparking was not available, but advised by...staff when I eventually got through via telephone (as not answered on previous attempts to call) that I could park my car in the council car park, as the hotel have an agreement with the council. The afternoon I arrived I tried to call the Hinde to check if I was parking in the right location and again the phone just rang and rang with no answer, I arrived at reception very shortly afterwards to see the receptionist talking in the bar area, it w...
I made a reservation for my family for lunch on Saturday, and we had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The service from the moment we arrived was excellent. After ordering drinks at the bar, we were escorted to our table and given ample time to peruse the daily specials and main menu. There were plenty of options, including gluten-free and dairy-free choices. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly, always there when we needed anything. The chef even came out to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The prices were very reasonable and did not break the bank. We all had a wonderful time at the restaurant and would definitely return.
We went for afternoon tea with a group of friends and were seated in a disappointing, dimly lit room that resembled a storage area. The ambiance could have been improved to make it more inviting. The food was average, lacking in extravagance or unique flavors. Afternoon tea is usually expected to be indulgent, but this experience was quite basic. There were plenty of hot drinks available in self-serve jugs, with no waiter present to assist.
The Hind is a delightful old inn dating back to the and allegedly housed Cromwell and a few ghosts. We did not have the pleasure of viewing any ghosts but enjoyed our thoroughly comfortable room with modern facilities which was down many winding passages....Staff were pleasant and efficient, breakfast in the vast dining room was first-rate, and the hotel is well-placed to explore the town.

We usually call in here for a drink as it is one of the nicer places to sit for a drink in town, prices no dearer than a pub, hoping to try the sunday carvery next week. It always looks clean and tidy.The only down...side is very occasionally the music is a bit on the loud side, and we have walked in and out again.
one night the staff did not stay very welcome. stated dog friendly, but for that extra they did not even recognize the dog that were not a problem. we didn't feel like guests, it seemed a bit a choir. Unfortunately, we will not be back.
we were a few nights here and had a cordial greeting from all staff they were all kind, helpful, efficient and happy in their rolls it was a joy to see, we ate in restaurant and the bar and everything was beautiful.
This must be one of the oldest pubs in Wellingborough, in the courtyard you can just imagine the old coach and horses drawing up on their way to London. Currently been done up so bear with them.
