Never ever eat here Where do I start! Decor and menu are very confused! Food was probably some of the worst I've had in a while. Chewy steak, sides boring and poorly matched with odd flavour combinations. All our meals came out at different times, repeatedly needed to request simple things like water for the table. We provided the manager with some feedback and he gave our table one dessert to share amongst 4. We paid for our meal then the manager ran down the street after us saying one of our cards hadn't worked so wanted payment in the street. Décor – it looks really nice visually, it’s a funky little café with fake grass on the steps out front and a hive (hence the name) shaped back drop/shelves on the bar. It was a nice place to eat and close to parking and transport Service – The staff were friendly and gave great service the entire time and looked after a friend who is a celiac extremely well – I do recommend this place if you can’t have gluten they were extremely precautious and attentive. My friend and I typically celebrate our birthdays together, and this year we chose The Hive. We loved the pork ribs, as the meat was tender and fell off the bone easily. However, we weren't fans of the chili palm sauce. The beetroot taste in the risotto stood out, and it was cooked well. The Parmesan baskets were extremely hard and could have caused injury. The seafood paella was not well-received at our table, as it was too soggy and lacked flavor. The overall dining experience was average, but the prices were not. We were grateful for a discount voucher we had for the evening. The main reason I wanted to try this restaurant was because of the enticing sounds of discounts.
Absolutely love this place, staff are friendly they know their menu so are very helpful, if your stuck for what to have. We have been there quite a few times since they have opened. We usual have steak the lamb rack. The steak is always cooked perfectly the red wine jus is delicious. The lamb rack I can't get enough of the yoghurt sauce mash potato is fabulous. You won't be disappointed if you drop in for a bite.

This restaurant is a great place to enjoy a variety of slow-cooked dishes with rich, delicious flavors. The fish is fresh and the seafood risotto is particularly tasty. Even though it's not on the menu, they were able to prepare it for us as a special dish. Overall, a very pleasant dining experience and I will definitely be coming back with friends next time.
Had the most amazing meal at The Hive last night NYE. Seafood was totally amazing and delicious. Couldn't fault the food and service. I haven't had such an enjoyable meal at a restaurant for a very long time. Pricing is also great. Compliments to the Chef. You must try it. Trust me, you won't regret it. Happy New Year to all.
we have arrived here a few Tuesdays a piece before a show in the blue room. we wanted to use the entertainment book, but decided for the burger and bierspezialist. he had the jucy lucy and I had the angus with speck. the service was good and my burgerbeef was fabulous. beer was cold. good thing.
we visited the restaurant on Sunday night the hostess greeted us the staff was very attentive and friendly and the food was delicious and was of very high quality which was a pleasant surprise as we did not expect it. The restaurant is highly recommended to everyone and we will be back soon.

After visiting Zero Street Restaurant, we were very impressed with the food and service. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and we were treated very well by the staff. We highly recommend this restaurant to others looking for a great dining experience.
Had here dinner on Saturday .. wow ... what a pork ribs with home made BBQ sauce ... all my friends were saying that their meals were also fantastic ...so good . Good job guys ... will come back again ...cheers
