The Hoddington Arms

From a limited and not very interesting menu, we both opted for the burger a combination of classic beefburger and a short rib patty. The short rib didn't taste like beef and the burger was overcooked, dry and gristly. We both left most of it. When the pub reopened for indoor eating we had a lovely Sunday lunch but something has gone horribly wrong since then. We are not likely to return any time soon.

My family and I had a pre-Christmas meal at the Hoddington Arms. We were greeted warmly and the service we received throughout our meal was exceptional. Our waitress was friendly and talkative, offering menu suggestions and knowledge of the wine list. The food was beautifully presented and cooked to our specifications. I would highly recommend the Hoddington Arms to anyone.

As in our previous visits, we once again enjoyed the excellent food, service, and atmosphere of the restaurant. We are never disappointed and will definitely be returning.
