Waited 1 hour for our meal which still never turned up. My husband asked the one and only staff when was are meal coming. She said that she would check. fifteen minutes later we asked for our money back, no one came over to tell...us. The girl was rushed off her feet. No tables had been cleaned I noticed when entering, after one hour they still weren’t cleaned. The girl said that my husband had shouted at her, which he didn’t. Then I asked for our money back, she said she didn’t like my attitude. I did notice 2 lads wearing black looking out the kitchen, but still no food. She then started shaking and crying, rang the manager and gave the phone to me. The woman on the end of the phone starte...
Customer service was shocking. The girl who took are order was constantly on her mobile. Was still on her mobile when she brought my colleagues lunch out. 20 minutes later, my food was on its way. Not before she dropped the burger on the floor...because she was too busy talking to her friend on her mobile. All we got was “ s**t“ and then she walked off. Left the food on the floor and then came back 5 minutes later with my meal. Never said anything. Laughing on the phone to her friend whilst she plonked the food on the table and left. Came for a meal. It's lucky the food was great! The lady behind the bar black hair louise' I think her name was.. swearing non stop. Her phone is her priority I'd say over the customers. And she definitely prioritises regular customers over new people!...Wasn't that busy I'd say for empty glasses to be left either. However the food came and it was amazing can tell whoever made it had pride in his job. And I'd of loved to say thank you in person for it.. for the food is come again! And hopefully attitudes will have changed too.
We visited with friends on a Monday late afternoon. We ordered main meals from the menu and waited and waited and waited. Eventually, one meal arrived followed five minutes later by another. The other two meals arrived over the next 15 minutes meaning that we...were all eating at different times. We then ordered three puddings and again a wait of half an hour when only two puddings arrived! By this time we gave up. The food was OK but we certainly wouldn’t rush back.

We stopped by this restaurant to pass some time while waiting for a home appointment. We were pleasantly surprised by our experience. We decided to sit outside on the patio on a lovely sunny afternoon. The server who assisted us was very kind and it was a pleasure to meet her. She went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. Please let the management know that we greatly appreciate her as a valued member of their staff. - Jackie Brand
I have taken my father to lunch in the law from the nursing home, as he clearly says that it served food and has an extensive menu on the line. However, very disappointed when we tried access to wheelchair and then said that they do not serve food. very disappointing. at a Saturday lunch time. I won't try to go back there. they need to update their website if they are not currently serving food.
Extremely disappointed with this pub ,went with my family for a birthday celebration ,when we arrived there was nothing on the menu,everything we asked for they didn't have ,also it didn't feel like a very family friendly pub ,will not be going again.

I recently visited and enjoyed this restaurant. The beer garden is beautiful with many tables outdoors. The staff are personable, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond. We will definitely be returning soon!
