mu initial impression was doubtful. first, the hostess had no idea what was going on with open table (and at the end of the evening she told me that they were no longer involved in open table a policy of the former owner, not the present; but open table gave me points so I don't know what's going on.) this is a sports bar/indian restaurant. huge screens and loud volume should be expected. eating was delicious in my top 5 versions of roasted Calamari appetizers. also the mango chicken was excellent and the ananas, jalapeno margarita went perfectly with these choices.

This was my second visit to the restaurant. I returned because the calamari appetizer was exceptional during my first experience. Unfortunately, this time it wasn’t as good; there was much less calamari, and instead of a light tempura batter, it was coated with a heavier roasted chicken batter. The restaurant serves Indian cuisine in a large, flashy sports bar setting. When I visited, it was empty, and the combination of the menu and the atmosphere felt quite unusual.
this is an active college bar that also serves Indian food. some of the foods were good (samosas), but most were fair too bad. the lamb vindaloo was too hard to eat. the fried cauliflower was good. over-use of cilantro in all, according to my opinion. very loud, with sports TVs and loud background music.

We waited 30 minutes before anyone took our order. It was a Friday night, and there were only two servers on duty. There were more TV screens than patrons in the place. The food was decent, but due to the poor service, I won’t be coming back.
I read some of the other reviews and found them quite entertaining. The burger has an Indian flavor to it, which I found surprising since it's just a bar. It seems like the chef may have a background in Indian cuisine.

The review is about the service at the restaurant. It was 11:10 and we had been waiting for 15 minutes, but the restaurant was still not open. We tried calling but there was no answer.
As we were walking around Claremont, we stumbled upon Blitz/Finishing Designs and our curiosity led us inside. I had only seen one other sporty restaurant like it before.
