My daughter opened her breakfast meal to find that the potatoes were burnt and lacked salt or seasoning, and the eggs were mushy as well. As for the menudo (which is the main reason I’m writing), it was undercooked. The hominy was hard, and there were only about five pieces of meat. I ended up having to put it on the stove to cook longer to soften the hominy, but that just made things worse since the broth got absorbed, leaving the menudo dry and unappetizing. Welcoming atmosphere, tasty food, and professional service. Julio was my server during the visit. He was extremely polite, very efficient, and made me feel like family. I visited this restaurant for some delicious fish and shrimp tacos, along with lime margaritas from their happy hour, and everything was just perfect! The shrimp tacos were particularly flavorful, and the daily specials offered great deals with generous portions. Overall, it was a satisfying experience. I ordered food from this restaurant, and it took over an hour to complete my order. When I finally received it, the presentation was unappealing. The beans lacked flavor, and to make matters worse, they placed the salad next to the mole, which made the mole watery. Overall, my experience was disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As a local, I admit I might be a bit biased, but this place is my favorite for Mexican food in the area. The staff is friendly and usually attentive. The food is delicious, the micheladas are refreshing, the aguas are tasty, and the salsa is excellent.
