Went here for our lunch while walking in the Golden Valley, and were delighted that we did. We chose a quiche salad, and a soup panini, all first class. Everything is genuinely home made (except the crisps, obv), and the team were really friendly. Generous portions, and excellent slices of cake too. It's all run by volunteers, and great value. It's very popular with locals but we were made very welcome. They are only open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday lunchtimes, if that fits your itinerary you really should try to go.

I only intended to grab a coffee and catch up on some emails at this café, but I couldn't resist the tempting treats they had on offer. Located in a beautiful church in a picturesque valley, this establishment goes beyond your typical café setting. The chorizo scotch egg was absolutely delicious, and I indulged in a white chocolate cheesecake for dessert despite being on a diet. The coffee was also superb, served in a cafetiere with freshly ground beans. Overall, a naughty but delightful experience.

We have been touring Herefordshire villages and churches, and stopped to see the very interesting church of Peterchurch. We were surprised to see it surrounded by cars, and by the modern cafe setting within the church. It has been beautifully designed! We were greeted by a friendly lady and although were didn’t stop to eat (we had arrived too late), we enjoyed hearing the happy chatter of the patrons while we studied the building.

We’d heard a lot about The Hub, so popped in for coffee. A warm welcome in an imaginatively designed space, great coffee and excellent cakes served with a smile. It’s fabulous to see a space that would normally only be seen by a few, on infrequent occasions, turned into this hub of village life. We’ll done to the staff and volunteers who make this possible. We had a delicious takeaway lunch from The Hub Cafe today, soup, toasted sandwich, cheese scones and cake all home made. It was beautifully presented as usual and served by the usual welcoming, helpful staff with their lovely smiles. We can really recommend a visit, they are open from Tuesday to Thursday from 11am to 3pm

Always lovely friendly staff ready to accommodate everyone’s needs. Food is always delicious and usually homemade (with food for vegetarians/gluten&dairy free). They are very covid secure and the takeaways/deliveries during the second lockdown are as professional as sit-in meals. Would always recommend!

I just had the most delicious Tomato and Basil Soup at The Hub. The slow-roasted tomatoes and onions created a beautiful, amazing flavor. Thank you so much, it was amazing. Réservez une table maintenant

Stopped here for a toastie sandwich and drinks before a long walk. Food was lovely and service very friendly with some biscuits thrown in for the dogs.
