Maybe we just hit it on a bad night, but we had an incredibly disappointing experience. I'm afraid this was our first and last time at Hunter's Hound. From the moment we entered, it was clear the restaurant was overwhelmed with a large party that was expected in a few minutes. Frankly, if they can't handle an event and individual diners, they should not have taken reservations. We spent nearly $200 for a very very disappointing experience. What a fantastic discovery! I began my meal with the Jessica Rabbit cocktail, and let's just say I couldn't resist having more than one—it was that delicious! For an appetizer, I went with the adobo dry rub wings, and I can confidently say they were some of the best wings I've had in years. For my main course, I opted for the fish and chips, and it did not disappoint. The cod was flaky and perfectly complemented by a crispy, crunchy batter.
