Sensational addition to the Chelsea food landscape. The food is excellent: smallish quantities but high in quality and not over-priced. This place started out fairly recently and had bright lights and cold decor (the back door was open in winter the first time we went them. It was freezing). I politely suggested they create mood lighting and keep it cosy and it is pleasing to see they have done that. The place was packed when we returned; and rightly so. It's good Indian cuisine, done well, not exorbitantly-priced, and they are friendly in the service department. What more could you want, really? ... Power too them and I hope they stay.
The food quality at the Indian Hut is excellent. In particular, onion bhajis and bombay beef are highly recommended. We live in Edithvale and our previous Indian restaurants of choice were in Patterson Lakes and Frankston. Now we're very pleased to have the excellent Indian Hut within 500m of home. Whether eating in the restaurant, take away or home delivery, the Indian Hut is the best in the area.
The restaurant in question offers outstanding Indian cuisine. They serve some of the best breads and curries at a reasonable price. Notable dishes include the Prawn Vindaloo and the Garlic Cheese Chili Naan. The owners are very friendly and provide excellent service. I highly recommend trying all of their dishes, as I make it a point to dine here as frequently as possible.
I have been dining at this restaurant for the past year, and the food is consistently delicious and of exceptional quality. This lovely family-owned Indian restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience. While everything on the menu is incredible, I particularly recommend trying the lamb saag – the meat is incredibly tender and they use high-quality cuts.

This restaurant offers delicious food at a reasonable price, and is family-run. The owners' elementary school-aged daughter takes orders and helps run the restaurant during dining hours. The atmosphere could use some improvement, such as adding background music, but overall the experience is excellent.
Ordered the lamb Rohan josh rice and Naan bread takeaway Very very good Heat of curry was perfect not too hot and lamb was beautiful and tender Bread was excellent too Will definitely go back again
We have now tested about 6 things off of the menu and each one has been sensational. What a hidden secret in little old Langford. Love the table cloths too!.
Amazing food full of flavour, you can sit in, but takeaway is quite quick. Had purchased food on many occasions, and can truly say best in the area.
