We put our names in, but weren’t told a wait time. Waited over an hour to be seated. It was a Sunday evening, so maybe just a busier time. Just dreadfully long after a long day of driving. Waiter was extremely kind and a hard worker. They didn’t seem to have a whole lot of help. The tables all have a brown craft paper covering with crayons to draw while you wait which was nice. Fun atmosphere. Didn’t take long to get drinks and our orders in. The mozzarella sticks as an appetizer were the BEST and outta this world. Everyone in our small group loved them. I ordered the smoked meatloaf, but wish I ordered the fish and chips instead. I didn’t love the meatloaf— could just be bc I’m not used to...
We were pleasantly surprised by our food here! We ate here for a birthday celebration during a trip to the UP a few months ago (sorry for the belated review! . We ordered a smoked whitefish Caesar salad, soup beans, and burnt ends. We were too full for dessert at the end of our meal, but a regular patron sitting next to us at the bar insisted that we HAD to try their carrot cake, so we took a piece to go. We were not disappointed by that decision, it was fantastic! Will definitely return next time we’re in the area.
This place was packed, but they were able to see us very quickly. They have many beers on tap, and their specialty drinks were excellent. The white fish-and-chips We're amazin. Everybody at our table had excellent food and they all enjoyed their specialty drinks. We come to this area often and we have found a new spot to eat. Thank you to excellent cooks and a super friendly waiting staff. They have made this our new favorite food establishment. See you soon.
We stopped in while we were waiting for our hotel room, Charleen was great! Best White Russian. And their mozzarella sticks are wonderful. Homemade and not with panko breadcrumbs. Everything thing and everybody was great. Only need some salsa to go with the quesadillas and mozz sticks!

Excellent food made in house. Yea brewed in house. Ketchup made in house. Jalapeño poppers made in house. Great select of drinks and the service was top notch! Don’t skip this gem. It’s amazing. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
