I visited this restaurant in early December with my friend, were were after a relaxing few hours and a great restaurant experience not had chinese for a while. When we entered the restaurant we noticed how cold the temperature was, it was only 6pm so we thought maybe but hadn 't been open long. We ordered a beer each from the waitress and then very soon after was asked 3 times if we were Ready to order , a bit pressured we thought. Also the wine list had disappeared from the table and had to ask twice for it. We ordered our banquet and awaited our soup, this was tasteless, iv never had to add salt to chicken Sweetcorn soup! This Chinese restaurant in Southport offers the best value for money. The early bird 3-course menu is priced at just under £8, which is very affordable. The lunchtime menu also offers great deals, with main courses including rice or chips for just over £3. The staff are very friendly, and I highly recommend trying the chilli chicken dish. You won't find a better deal for a takeaway at this price.
Called in on the off chance, a group of 6, and luckily the large table was free. Very welcoming staff from arrival to departure. We had Set menu B which was well priced and included all the favourites. Plenty of food for the 6 of us. Drinks well priced. Service was efficient. Yes we will return
a late Chinese new year we celebrated with a large small banquet in the jasmine in southport with really delicious spring rolls, various chicken and bark dishes with rice, dee and pfannkuchen, the desert was a little obscene, had us all in stab, a bananenfritter natural.
