Buyer beware. Keep good notes and document everything in writing by sending her emails. My saga has been going on since Feb. 15 SIX MONTHS! I received the wrong order, spoke with JJ and she told me to keep what I received and she would have my order delivered the following week. Nothing ever came. I spoke with her about 3 or 4 more times, she remembered me each time and referred to me as Maureen from Cliffside Park. Each time I was given an excuse and a new delivery promise. Then in April I could no longer reach her by phone. I emailed asking for a refund, never heard back. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and was issued a credit. Then she had the nerve to deny my request and provided delivery confirmation which of course was for the incorrect order. The credit card company reversed the credit. I had to reopen the dispute and provide additional details and proof. Credit card company issued the credit once again.JJ, your customer service is horrendous, people looking to buy your product should not have to go through what I did to get their money back when you fail to deliver. I never intended to go this route and leave a review, but you have left me no choice.
