Buyer beware. Keep good notes and document everything in writing by sending her emails. My saga has been going on since Feb. 15 SIX MONTHS! I received the wrong order, spoke with JJ and she told me to keep what I received and she would have my order delivered the following week. Nothing ever came. I spoke with her about 3 or 4 more times, she remembered me each time and referred to me as Maureen from Cliffside Park. Each time I was given an excuse and a new delivery promise. Then in April I could no longer reach her by phone. I emailed asking for a refund, never heard back. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and was issued a credit. I placed an order on 4/21 and have emailed and private s messaged numerous times with no response. Order to date has not been received. When I call there is no answer and no Vm and line just disconnects after a few rings. As I read the other reviews I see several people having same issue. I understand you are moving to a new location. I would just appreciate a response so I know whether to wait a bit longer or expect a refund.

If you want to be charged and never get your product, then order at your own risk! I’ve tried to email and contact them it’s been 12 business days and has not shipped! I have ordered from here before and never had this issue, only other time was I ordered 4 bottles and they sent me two, never answered had to call me credit card company to get my money back! Wonderful product, horrible customer service! It’s to bad!

I ORDERED FLOUR CRACK IN APRIL AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AND IT WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY CREDIT CARD. UNABLE TO REACH ANYONE VIA EMAIL OR PHONE. WHEN I CHECK MY ORDER FOR A STATUS IT SAYS NOT FOUND. i DON'T MIND THE WAIT BUT AT LEAST RESPOND TO MY INQUIRIES.
