Thank you the amazing Annette, for allowing me to arrive so late on a Saturday night! I was left in a really crap situation and if it wasn’t for this lady and the staff at gravesend train station I honestly don’t know what the situation would have been for me! So welcoming, could see I was distressed and upset when I arrived and she made the time to listen and talk with me. Room was comfortable too. Again thank you so much for your hospitality
