The Juice Pod Springfield

The customer service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible! We ordered delivery online assuming the restaurant offered delivery, but after waiting 1 1/2 hours, the restaurant called asking for an update. We eventually learned that our order was actually through DoorDash, which was not made clear at the time of ordering. The restaurant told us there was nothing they could do since our food had already been picked up by the DoorDash driver. They didn't provide us with good customer service for DoorDash and left us feeling very disappointed. I used to work in the food delivery industry, so this was a foreseeable problem for me. Buyer beware!

I went to the juice pod this morning to get some açaí and there were 2 containers of soup sitting on the counter, I said “this soup looks delicious” the girl said, “yes she just made that” . It looked so good that when I got my açaí I said “I’ll take a container of the soup” and she said sorry it’s not for sale. With that, I guess she was the owner but she said ”oh I made that for my father, do you want one, I’ll give you one , I have more and she gave me the soup. I mean when does that happen anymore. Thank you, I haven’t had it yet, I’m sure it’s delicious but it gave me hope that there still are nice people in this angry world.

I had a great experience at the restaurant, enjoying both my meal and my juice. However, the girls working behind the counter made me feel uncomfortable. It seemed like they are usually friendly, but when I placed my order and sat down to wait, they started talking loudly about customers waiting and not doing things themselves. I was the only one there, so I knew it was directed at me. It was disappointing because the place was cute and I was excited to find a good juice spot nearby, but the behavior of the girls behind the counter ruined the experience for me.

This was my first time trying The Juice Pod and I decided to order the Mediterranean Green Grain Bowl after seeing some good reviews. However, I was disappointed to find that it was basically a bowl filled with a small amount of rice, lots of cucumber, black olives, and large cuts of red onions. There was no feta cheese included as advertised. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of care put into the dish and felt like it was a waste of my money. I definitely would not recommend this to anyone looking for a satisfying meal. Réservez une table maintenant

A friend and I were looking for a light lunch and after searching on Google for the best smoothie in the area, we came across The Juice Pod Springfield. It was a fantastic discovery! The atmosphere was vibrant and uplifting, the staff was excellent, and our Green Glow and Mango Madness Smoothies were delicious and exactly what we wanted. The Avo Cranberry and Elite wrap selections were filling and tasty. I even ordered the Superfood Acai bowl to go for breakfast the next day. The Juice Pod Springfield made our day. Thank you!

My friend and I were in the mood for a light lunch, when our Google search for The Best Smoothie in the area led us to The Juice Pod Springfield...what a great find! The atmosphere was so bright and spirit lifting, the staff was stellar, our Green Glow and Mango Madness Smoothies were the bomb and just what we were craving. The Avo Cranberry and Elite wrap selections were hearty and delish! I even ordered the Superfood Acai bowl To Go for the next days breakfast. The Jui e Pod Springfield Made Our Day....Thanks?

I visited this restaurant for the third time and had a negative experience with the cashier. I inquired about why the menu listed the "hipster speck" as turkey bacon when it was actually pork, which I found to be misleading. The cashier responded in a rude and aggressive manner. If I had known beforehand, I would not have ordered the dish. The manager later came out, apologized, and was very courteous. The overall experience improved after the issue was addressed.

Smoothies are pretty average. I also had an issue with them charging my card twice because the cashier charged me for one smoothie instead of two. So she swiped my card again after her mistake and tells me that I’ll only get charged for two. Check my account, I got charged for three. When I called to tell them the woman who picked up the phone wasn’t too friendly. Cute business just could use some more thorough training for the young employees. Réservez une table maintenant

Their juices and smoothies are delicious! And don’t get me started on the pb banana toast, seriously drool-worthy. The workers are always so kind as well with a lovely atmosphere. I will never stop coming here. Highly recommend!

Love this place! Everything I have ever had was exceptionally good and fresh! Service and staff are super friendly and attentive. The place is beautiful inside! If you haven’t been, you are missing out!
