I came here for years any time I was in Brooklyn. I was always really happy. The quality of the smoothies and steelcut oats was top and the staff lovely. ...Until last Sunday, 1st August 9 am. There was a young lady working there alone. She was so unbelievable rude and aggressive like I have never experienced before in the USA. She educated me how to order the food, throwing the fruits and yelling towards me and a colleague in the kitchen. I felt scared and embarassed at the same time.Also the quality has changed. The bowls are now being served in a smaller mug to reduce the amount of toppings.
I work in the neighborhood and thought to give this spot a try based on the reviews but let me tell you, this place NEEDS work. Acai bowls have absolutely no flavor. My acai bowl looks NOTHING like the ones in the previous reviews. In terms of the cleanliness, looks like they had a flood situation going on, which is completely understandable but there were flies on the toppings for the bowls. I would not recommend. Service was nice, employee greeted me upon entering but I would refrain from going back.
Small juice bar and smoothie shop that specializes in natural juices, acai bowls and fruit smoothies. Many fresh and clean items on the menu. I'm not downtown as often as I used to be, but I'm always happy to see that urban development hasn't swallowed these guys.
The pastrami on rye sandwich in the bar lounge is fantastic! It is beautifully presented with a fry basket, coleslaw, deli mustard, and a pickle. It is hard to find something better than this. Definitely worth trying! This is not your average hotel meal!

eight so boom, I'm coming here quite regularly and everything's always on the point. the service is good, eating is good and the employees always work hard. 2 fave drinks are: spicy lady and dr feel good.
the acaicale was so bad that I couldn't finish it. in the müll. no acai, it was like a thick, bland banan gull. also a strange brown color. could have burned $10
my memory of this place was great until my last visit, the selection of food is scarce and the quality of food is bad. I think they are now under new management
Y’all’s açaí bowls need a lot of work. Very bland, like taste less ice cream does not have the açaí bowl look. Need to get some pointers from your competition.

The nutella açaí bowl was not flavorful. Very little toppings. The base did not have as much açaí as I would have preferred. Tasted more like a smoothie bowl.
Big costume service. employees are crazy when they order an açaí dish.
