Food was made absolutely wrong. The general manager Mia wasn’t able to fix my order after speaking with another manager about replacing my order. Mia also has a very nasty attitude and tried to tell me it’s no one over her to speak with. It’s always somebody over you. Would not recommend no one eating here. I did an order pickup last night (November 10th, 2022) and I went to the counter to pick up the order. I waited roughly 3 — 4 minutes and the wait time wasn't the issue. It was the customer service. As I continued to wait, two employees (young man with buff braids at the bar and young lady who was a waitress) continued to look and walk pass me without even saying anything. So I asked the young man with braids is anybody working up here. His response was “Someone will be with you in a sec bruh” … – show
The staff at this location were the worst. They argue with each other all night about completing end of the night task. They were rude. Our server insulted a member of our party. She stood at the register and told her coworkers that we were getting on her nerves. (Mind you, by simply mentioning a concern) Attention was brought to management, who really could not care less. Because of the stuff they are very noisy they are not official and mistakes happen I really I wish if Milagros still serve their she used to make the weather more comfortable for us as she know how to treat her customers good

Totally disappointed my wife's boil gave her diarrhea, my catfish was fishy tasting and served in a small basket on top of fries which made it difficult to eat.on top of that they only had light beer.
Not everyone wants to listen to rap while eating. They also need to turn it down a bit. It’s too loud for dinner music
