I would like to take a moment to recognize the owner who drive to my home to bring my correct order. I eat from juicy seafood almost every week, normally on Thursday and Saturday and today I order my lunch on my lunch break.There appeared to be some miscommunication because I picked up my order and it was wrong. I had drove 24 minutes back to my house and my entire order was wrong. I ask to speak with the manager and I spoke with the owner and was going to accept the fact that I will have to stick with incorrect order.The owner of the restaurant called me from his personal cell phone and express his concerns.He told me he will bring the order to me.I appreciate him for being so passionate and caring about his business, his company and taking initiative. I appreciate his willingness to go over and beyond.I know Saturdays are one of their busiest days and for him to drive to my home and bring me the correct order shows his dedication and it shows he really cares about his business and he even appreciates his customers more. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.
