I’ve been here many times and it is going downhill. The service was average and the food was below average last night. The prime rib was tough, over cooked and tasteless. Sadly, that is a top seller for this restaurant. The rib steak was less than what I would expect for a select cut of meat. Yes, I said select; not choice or prime, but select. It was ordered medium rare and was delivered to my table at almost room temperature or less. The steak was tough, dry, tasteless and I was not able to even eat one quarter of the steak. Unusual visit, everything was slightly off from our usual experience at The Keg. The bread was nearly frozen instead of warm, the salads arrived after the entrees, my medium rare baseball cut was medium on one end and blue rare on the other (though beautifully seared and seasoned on the outside), and my daughter received a plate of sides without her entree (the entree arrived a few minutes after everyone else had been served). The manager came by our table to apologize for the timing of everything. I'm assuming it was just a holiday rush problem; we'll definitely go back again.
The service and food was absolutely amazing! The nachos with beef were cheesy and loaded up for every bite. The tortilla bowls for the guacamole, sour cream, and salsa was cool, hadn’t seen that before. Great calamari and the red dipping sauce wastasty. We all had the burger, omg that was tasty. The server was great. I’m bad with names but we were very well taken careoff and it could t have been any better.
Came here to celebrate anniversary of our first date. Food was excellent, service was good. She checked on us several times. We both went with classic meals since it comes with a salad. I did the wedge and he did the caeser salad. I did top sirloinand he did the prime. Medium rare was perfect.

Everything was great except for my prime rib. Waitress asked how I would like it cooked, medium rare was selected. I received a medium well prime rib! They were super busy so I just added extra horseradish and juice. Other than that, great place.
Last night with my visiting sister before she returned home. This is my favorite restaurant in the area. Very sad to hear they are closing.
Service was very slow. Just learned this location is closing. We’ve had inconsistent service in the past but the food is always good.
Disappointed to find out this location will be closing after being open for 20 years due to landlord leasing issues or so they say.
