The Keg Steakhouse

I came about a week ago on a Saturday night. Very disappointed with the food quality. I ordered the salmon and it came undercook. The inside was raw and at the time I thought it was supposed to be cooked like that. The rawness from the fish made me sick. The server also never came over to our table to ask how everything is or even offer more water for the table. Also ordered the cake for dessert and it was literally melted. Not sure if the cake is properly stored in a chilled fridge or something? Overall a bad representation of what the keg is. We love going to the Keg for special occasions or when we feel like splurging a bit. We have been to the Vaughan location 3 or 4 times now. This most recent time our server was Austin, he was great, interactive, informed us of all the seasonal options/offerings, he was attentive timely. The food was fantastic, my steak was cooked to a perfect medium, my giances sirloin was cooked more medium than medium rare, but it was still super tender tasted great. Everything else was great, nothing to complain about. We've only had good experiences at this location, we hope the service food stay great we will definitely continue to come back.

Good “Keg” experience. Food was good. The service we had was just right. The bar/lounge area was as self serve which detracted from the experience. There were many dirty tables, which seem to reoccur over the course of the night. The music was a good level and the drinks were tasty. Parking lot patios should be designed to not have cars park right in front. Several patrons parking were unaware and ignorant enough to back in, sit in they running car with their brake lights on. Some situational awareness by people would be nice, or a better design would avoid.Parking: Strip mall parking.

We had a great time here. Our steaks were very nicely cooked and came out at a great time. Everything tasted amazing and I was very surprised by the portion of the ribeye. Usually the bone takes up the majority of the oz but when it came out there was barely any bone on it...so it was a larger than normal portion. Which we had no complaints about! With the flavour and size of that steak, at most other steakhouses you'd be paying $100+. It was impressive and I'd definitely come back here again. Réservez une table maintenant

I usually go to the Ajax location but we had a party of 22 and went here. Can't say enough how great the food was and the service was exceptional. Forgive me for forgetting the servers name but he was amazing to us. Thanks Keg for making our family gathering before my daughter Kayla's wedding so memorable. Thanks to our server and the entire staff that worked so hard to make us feel so welcome!

I have eaten there before and the service and the food was great! But yesterday was a whole other story. Sat down in the patio, was greeted quickly, handed the menu and asked for asked for drinks. About 20 min later, there are still no drinks and no server to take the order. The patio was not busy, so there was no excuse, really. Decided to leave. I'm not sure what happened to this place!

Really bad experience. Waiter spilt a beer on my friends top. They brought my meal before my soup. Meat was a little too red for my taste. I asked medium well. The espresso machine is broken. The General manager came you our table and also a manager.Horrible service. Horrible experience. I’m leaving un satisfied

The only reason why it’s 4 stars is because we had a reservation and they made us wait an hour extra. But the service and food was wonderful. If you get John or Sarah you are set. We had a blast but it was mainly due to the fantastic service from those 2 Réservez une table maintenant

I’ve been disapointed to order a beer and a meal and to be charged $7.00 for a glass of water. The waitress brought a glass bottle of tap water for $7.00 tax tip. She sould at least have told me a glass of water was that price… I would only had a beer ?

So… are the Keg wings consistent between locations ? my answer is they are darn close! This location didn’t spread the blue cheese on the wings however for me…. I couldn’t care less! Great wings as
