Food was excellent! Wife and I both had the baseball sirloin Chicago style. Aps were tasty. Most restaurants make the vegi an afterthought but at The Keg they are always nicely presented and delicious. Ambience is very nice. Clubby but not over the top like Elway's. Alas, service was very poor. I'm not even going to go into the details. We skipped coffee and dessert. Restaurants today for I guess a variety of reasons service is a **** shoot. Wifey and I seem to have been unlucky of late.
It was overall a good experience, but a bit pricey for what you get. My biggest complaint is that I didn't receive melted butter until after my lobster tails had gotten cold, despite at least three servers telling me they were in the process of getting it. I informed the hostess that their outside lights were not on when it was very dark outside, but she gave me a perplexed look. I was only trying to help.
Normally service is really good but service was slow and not efficient as usual Bit manager stepped in to make our evening still enjoyable and comped my meal to make it good. Have enjoyed The Keg for years so it was unusual to not have top rated service. Will still always recommend The Keg. Parking: Monday plenty of parking close to restaurant. Service: Dine in
Very average food. The lamb looked like it was boiled, it was chewy and rubbery. Our server was lovely and asked the manager to come speak with us. The manager was about as rude and disrespectful as it gets and basically rolled her eyes with our discontent. Do not recommend Réservez une table maintenant

I had the prime rib. Very good but didn’t blow my socks off. If they had a creamy horse radish and some sear on the steak I’d give it a full five stars. Great service and a great atmosphere Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Order my steak medium but it was cooked to well. Would have told the sever but she was really busy. I have had better experience there. Busy weekend for them they could of done better Réservez une table maintenant
I had made a reservation for the Prime Rib at this restaurant, but unfortunately they had run out by 6:30 pm.
