We just moved back from the east coast and we were excited to come to one of our regular restaurants. My family of three came for an early dinner on a Sunday. It wasn't as busy as I expected it to be, we were seated immediately ordered soon after getting our table. We ordered 3 waters, and a modelo, 2 orders of rice and a combo number 1. Our drinks came out quickly and FYI there is a fifty cent charge for water. Our food took forever to come out, 3 other tables who came after us got their food before us, we inquired about our order and finally received our seafood but had to again wait for our rice. This used to be our go to place but I think it's time to find a replacement.
The atmosphere was acceptable, with nice music playing in the background. The first waitress was fantastic, but the service declined after that, which was disappointing. I came primarily for the food, and if I could give a negative star rating, I definitely would. The first photo shows what was initially served, while the second shows what I ended up leaving on the table. The garlic noodles were just okay, and that’s being generous. The crawfish were clearly frozen for quite some time, and I felt nauseous after eating them. One of the crawfish was even brown and looked old. I love seafood, but I would never return to this place again.
Having worked in East San Jose in the past, I’d drive by this place often but never tried it until yesterday.The wait wasn’t too long for a Saturday night as got there a bit early. Onto the food, we ordered the middle feast kickin’ style and spicy, it came with 1 lb shrimp, 1 lb crawfish and 1 lb of crab legs with sausage, corn and potatoes. Food arrived fairly fast after ordering and was good, I enjoyed the seafood and the seasoning on it was good.Didn’t get any photos though as started eating right away and it does get messy as the entire meal was more or less eaten with your hands.
Every time I go to this location, it's not a pleasant experience. The food is below average, and the bathroom is disgusting. ? I ordered fish n chips, and it was disappointing, I only have a single small piece of fish and a whole basket of fries. Also ordered the fried shrimp, and it was tiny bits of burnt shrimp. ? the crab boil has too much butter, and I feel this store is stingy with portions.

The food was excellent, and all the seafood was fresh and served hot. However, one thing that bothered me was that they charged for a glass of tap water. It was only 50¢, but it felt off to be charged for water that comes straight from the faucet. Since there were 10 of us dining, that added an extra $5.00 to the bill, which seemed a bit excessive. I’m not sure I’ll return because of this.
The food was delicious, especially the garlic noodles. I've never been that messy in public before ?. The servers did everything we requested despite being incredibly stressed out. My only real gripe is that the music was way too loud. I would still go again, because delicious.Wheelchair accessibility: It is definitely wheelchair accessible.
Hubby and I walked in. No one to greet us or acknowledge us. After a couple minutes of standing, we are then just waived down.They charge for water, but it's TAP, so you're forced to buy a beverage unless you know you can hold the spices down, lol. Easy to order and food was sooo so delicious!
Portions are good, service was terrible. They didn't even give me a bib. Order medium spice- the shrimp was lukewarm, greasy and mild. I don't recommend, and won't be back.

Not good. The sauce was watered down. The shrimp and crab was old and falling apart, and the sausage was gross. The service was good though but the food was not.
The food and staff were excellent! My only suggestion would be to improve the cleanliness of the bathrooms; otherwise, everything was wonderful!
