OK, so we headed here for the soft play as it was open to 8pm got there at 6:50pm went though to the kids section to be told its last orders for food so what do we want, this was before we got a menu. So said look we will have a look and pick fast, so we got sat down, made quick choices. Placed the order, then within 15 mins all 3 plates in the photo got delivered, no word of a lie that chicken pie came like that for £10.50 unbelievable and it was cold. Would give a minus if I could. Oh dear, what can I say. This is our third year of coming to this pub as it is connected to the premier inn hotel. We won’t be coming again. It’s like no one cares anymore, head office need to come and look at this place, it’s a shambles. Staff are doing as they please, doing last orders when they wish. 10pm on a Saturday night with at least 30 people in the pub. Tables not being cleared from lunch as my glass of wine was still there when we went back in later. The state of repair is really bad, the ladies toilet are so dirty. Have never had such dire service and dreadful food in a Brewers Fayre, ever. Obviously short staffed, with the exception of one young girl behind the bar, all looked as if they didn 't want to be there. Worst of all, when we raises concerns to the duty manager, Connor, he was very flippant and when I said I intended to email the head office he said that 's fine, they will ring me and I will deny everything However, we will return next year for a 2nd chance as I believe its the shortage of staff that was behind most of the issues.

Waste of time food cold missing items Ordered chicken spicy wings think they forgot the spice! I had the steak still waiting on the peppercorn sauce asked twice for it staff are joke!! I counted 7chips on my plate! My wife had the sweet potato curry cold tasteless and uncle bens rice! Safe to say I won’t be back!!!

The food was hot and plentiful at a very reasonable price. The service was excellent from staff with smiley faces. The toilets were clean and well maintained. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. There are a number of disabled parking spaces close to the entrance.
