This is an excellent hotel situated in a stunning location directly opposite the beautiful Bushy Park and Hampton Court. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with charming decor that included quirky artwork. The breakfast offered a wide variety of cooked-to-order dishes, as well as cereals and pastries in a buffet setting. The bar was fantastic, serving an impressive selection of cocktails that we thoroughly enjoyed. However, it was the staff that truly stood out. For the third year in a row, our family has dined at this restaurant after visiting the Hampton Court Flower Show. This year, there were 8 of us with a reservation at 8pm, but we were disappointed with our experience compared to previous years. The menu was limited, with most items sold out due to being busy. We ended up ordering seven fish and chips dishes and a burger, which took a long time to arrive. After struggling to decide on desserts, our waitress informed us (very apologetically) that the kitchen had stopped serving food. We were surprised and disappointed, but were offered ice cream as an alternative.

We had a delightful Sunday lunch at the Kings Arms Hotel last Sunday. The service was outstanding, with a very helpful and friendly restaurant manager attending to us. The roast options were all delicious, and the Sticky Toffee Pudding was exceptional. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning. The location is perfect for a walk from Bushy Park, and we would rate the rooms a 5 out of 5.

I only went in for a quick cider and bothered a gent who later turned out to be on his break for a lighter. He went to the ends of earth to find one for me. Tall with short black hair five stars for his help : Service: 5
