we visited 4 of us. we ordered our meals. eating was a bit slow in the service with employees standing around. an older gentleman who was solo sat near us, he ordered his breakfast and asked no toast twice. the rude older waitress with the loud wounded American accented told him he didn't have to change it. He said politely that I don't want to be acclaimed. She said good that she was getting dead. we were shocked. he stood up and made the table he told her that she was rude and crazy in a polite soft voice she described to him and followed him and told him to go and not come back, he said he would not and went next to connors cafe. many other options for customers. I frequent this cafe a lot especially on weekends. We always take advantage of the Groupon/scoopon deals that the Koffee Shack puts out. On our most recent trip to the shack... we finished our meal (which was lovely) and then proceeded to the counter to pay for our beverage upgrades. We have never been treated so rudely by the waitress at the front counter. Questioning us whether we made a booking or told anyone that we had a coupon for our meals.... which we had! We were made to feel like scum! We frequent this cafe a lot however, after that experience we are seriously questioning whether to go back! Think twice about purchasing that scoopon deal people... purchase only if you want to feel...
We stopped in for a quick lunch and were not disappointed. There is a lot to choose from that all look delicious and tempting. Service was spot on, friendly, timely, attentive. This is certainly a place to come back to and try more from an interesting menu.Prices are good and competitive in an area that is busy every time we go there. Paying for parking on a Sunday is rather annoying and that probably shows my age, but once upon a time I remember ... Anyway, some things should not change.
Small restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating,very popular on weekends.Staff cheerful and excellent service. Owner Chris pays plenty of attention to the needs of his customers.After a long flight all we wanted were toasted cheese and tomato sandwiches and good coffee and the Koffee Shack provided both.We now come here every day for coffee.

An absolute amazing menu with so much to choose from. Eaten here 3 times over the past month and had something different each time. Very very friendly staff and accommodating with Scoopon and entertainment vouchers. Coffee is awesome and tea was served piping hot. Hard to head somewhere else when this place is ticking all the boxes.
My husband and I went to Koffee Shack this morning for breakfast. We both had the Rosti Stack. Yummo!!! beautifully poached egg on baked Halloumi with bacon on a potato rosti with hollandaise sauce and avocado and cherry tomatoes on the side. The coffee is really good too. Highly recommend having a meal here. Well done Koffee Shack
we had lunch twice and breakfast once and we were not disappointed. outside sitting is the best option. we had the maisfritter for lunch and they were very tasty. for the breakfast would recommend breaking bruschetta, which is great. the personal was very friendly and...good service.
For the past few years we have been enjoying the great coffee here during our winter stay in the sunshine state. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the coffee the best around, in fact so good we buy beans to take home with us. Will be back next year!

Great breakfast, tremendous service and exceptional value. Able to sit outside in the beautiful sunshine and fresh sea air to enjoy the entire experience.
Ignored for quite a while by several waitresses. Really poor service. I left and found a better place next door. Really awful place in my opinion
