The Krystal Company

Don’t come here at night they rewarm the grill of old Krystal’s and when asked to refund your money you have to wait until 6am or later for a refund. The manager tried to give us half our money back when we returned 10 Krystal’s and a chilli cheese fry. We tried to return the drinks too but the old lady stated to just keep them. When we returned to get our refund they were reluctant stating they only got 4 Krystal’s back and the lady lied about what we returned. A ridiculous lie, the Krystal’s tasted like water the onions even looked stale! I wouldn’t even give that to my dogs. I will stick to whataburger at night and chick fil A!. At least the food is fresh and service is way better!

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they are open 24 hours and the food is some what good. However every time I come to this location the lady’s in the drive thru are really rude. I didn’t get any straws napkins or forks just food. I will return to this location because it’s the only one that’s close to me and 24/7 but they could tighten up on service for real!

This place is extremely slow. I am a door dasher and I’m losing money every time I come here. I once came and it was a one man show. Taking orders and cooking. Felt bad for the fella. My advice, stop taking orders from DoorDash when you can’t fulfill the in a timely manner. That’s two people upset and it hurts my rating.

We have visited this location several times in the past. Each visit is always a pleasant experience. It is a complete flip of the location near our home. The staff is very efficient and friendly. The quality of the food is amazing!! Réservez une table maintenant

I have been looking for some Chilli cheese fries for 2 days and this place had it I was more than excited lol but the staff working was awesome and well mannered got my food out fast and friendly great service well done team!!!

Staff greeted upon entry and was friendly. It was a busy lunch day but they were working hard to get everyone's orders done promptly. My order was correct and the food was good.!

the food was cold, the service was terrible when I wait outside for 30 minutes, they forgot that I was out there all I had 4 krystal burger, so I went and got my money back Réservez une table maintenant

Nice employees and clean restaurant, really nice older breakfast guests that seemed to be regulars every morning and very friendly.

Typical fast food, it is what you expect. Road food or a quick bite. Nothing special, still got nothing on a white castle. IYKYK.
