The Library Pub - Réservation de table

The Library is just a stone's throw away from the O2 Academy. It doesn't look much from the outside a Victorian terraced house up a few steps with some basic signs. But inside it's as good a pub as I've been in for ages....There's an excellent choice of beers and lagers, knowledgeable and friendly bar staff and good well-priced food too. The beer garden at the back is a great place to whole away some time and inside the decor and vibe is nicely bohemian. There are lots of beards and tattoos but this is the sort of place to give hipster pubs a good name. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful, relaxed and cool vibe these guys provide, they really do pull out all the stops to make you feel at home. From the quirky dice game for free beer (although those dice did seem an odd shape and weighted) and the novel...idea of providing firewood in the garden for the punters for those brisk afternoons. Keep up the good work guys

I’ve just been to The Library in Cowley to see a live gig. A small and intimate venue, nice and cosy, nice bar with a great mix of alcohol that you won’t find everywhere. They also have a garden and I was told that they...also have club nights there definitely a place that you need to stop by and check out! Another great place on Cowley Road!

I've been here a few times as the atmosphere is fantastic, the drink prices are good and there's always the chance you might get the round for free! I recently had their pizza for the first time and it was delicious. I would highly recommend...going here for a drink and a slice of pizza. Réservez une table maintenant

I used to love this place when it was the Brickworks, but it has definitely gone downhill. We were out the back when suddenly one of the locals lit a fire. To the bar staffs credit they did ask the moron to leave, but it...didn’t make for a good atmosphere and our evening was ruined.

Was thrilled to be doing my weekly reading in a new place to find it was a pub! Was thrilled to find great food, friendly staff and great beer. Can't wait to return some time soon except not for the books this time

Top quality pub with friendly staff and nice selection of drinks. Stopped in for couple on way to O2 Academy as it's on the doorstep, will definitely be back as their garden looks perfect for warmer months!

Going to see Fontaines DC so popped in, along with the rest of the O2 for a pint. Had a great Camden Ink stout. Lovely it was. Well worth a visit.

What an amazing pub, the staff so friendly, we were encouraged to light the fire in the pub garden when we were feeling cold
