eat here a handful of times over the years. definitiw best to book a table before her visit. I'm never disappointed with the food I got, even though I had a burger that didn't taste right, but without problems it was removed from my bill, so I haven't complained and I've been back since. tomahawk steak for 2 is what we had visited this recent one, for the first time since kovid and it was good. there was an increase in price for the offer, but for what they get with steak and all the sides and sauces, it is definitely still favorable. served with king prawns, fried mushrooms, chips, sweet potato chips, tweeper rings, partial salad and a lot of screed and a very good pfeffer corn sauce. sauce...
nice lunch, delicious suppe and a sense, with many choices on the menu. excellent service with smiles and friendly chat. our first visit after a walk along the fife coastal path and we will be back. loved the knitted cake stand and lighthouse collection behind the counter. highly recommended.
Quiet, comfortable, cosy pub. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good choice of food. Picked their eponymous burger, big portions, very tasty. Only 4 because they forgot to put bacon on the burger, in their defence they did reduce the bill as a consequence. Would certainly go back.
