Nice quiet and cosy ambience in the Top Bar (three tables of about 14 covers so nice and intimate). For lunch, we had salmon wrapped in prosciutto, black forest cheesecake and whisky creme brulee for pudding. The salmon was rich but well mated with the prosciutto and came with a celeriac cake that was well-flavoured and the stand out on the plate. Of the puddings, the creme brulee was rich, creamy and large and the cheesecake married chocolate with cherries in kirsch to great effect. Service was timely and friendly. A very good lunch in nice surroundings.

great pub that they really housed us like we had a dog and a little baby. eating was excellent and service was very attentive.
