Tonight I had a surprise Birthday drinks put on by some friends of mine, and I have to give the biggest of big ups to our server Ethan. The chat was amazing, the service was excellent, the jokes were hilarious, and Ethan wasn't bad either! On a serious note, Ethan made the night spectacular. I myself am a hospitality professional of 15 years and he gave us service that I dream of giving myself on my own shifts. Thank you, brother, for making my unexpected drinks something to remember! In the city for a congress and popped in after having some food else where. Hospitality was amazing from the start with Beast! Such a friendly and lovely man. He did everything to make my friend and I feel safe in the establishment. Inside drinks and service were also great. (We ordered 'spectrum ', 'charred caramel ' and 'rainbow ice teas ' and all were very tasy and visually pleasing). I wish I lived closer so I could visit again and try the whole menu! I love this place. Not many decent yet (semi) classy places around here but Liquor Lab scratches an itch for me. Special mention for Ethan, who heats the place up with a lil bit of spice. Never too busy for a chat and a laugh. Top guy. Top place. 10/10 would recommend! They accommodate for diabetics! Ps free popcorn is top class. Cheers. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Absolutely amazing bar and brilliant bar staff, but the best thing is Beast and D on the door when we arrived they checked in on us, told us ask for Angela was in use in the bar and made sure we were safe all night! Bar staff so helpful even charged my phone for me as well as making beautiful drinks! 10/10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Best security! Have been up a few times recently and honestly don’t think we’ve ever been made to feel so safe. The beast and team are always making sure that you know what to do if you feel like you need help at all. They deserve some recognition for their great work. Lovely drinks as well! Had an absolutely incredible birthday party for my husband. Ethan was phenomenal, very attentive and funny, and the drinks were delicious. We're not from around Telford but will be recommending The LiquorLab to anyone who comes up this way. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
