The Little Chip - Réservation de table

I agreed with others about good sized portions until about two weeks ago when I went in and because the young girl was serving other people the man from the back came round and served me. I’ve always had the idea he’s the owner and...he never serves and is always in the back. You can get a small or large bag of chips and I asked for a large bag for . No way was that a large bag. And I’d hate to see the small bag. Was also quite a few skimpy hard edges of chips amongst them so was a bad sized portion all round. When I’ve been served from other staff the portions are good but I certainly felt ripped off by the size of this “large bag” . Very disappointing as reviews won’t be as good if this is...

Love the food but I and others alike who I’ve talked to have been put off going in by the bloke who serves . A more miserable , unpleasant man I’ve yet to meet. We always leave in a different mood that we entered. As...I say the food is very enjoyable and a cleaner shop you’d find hard to find. It’s almost shining. The lads out back who cook and the young girl server are always pleasant but this man is like a bulldog chewing a wasp. No time for anyone and should not be in a public service job.. How he’s still there I will never know. Go somewhere else it’s not worth feeling you just want to slap his face . Everyone will know who I mean

If we decide to have a takeaway and we fancy fish and chips this is the only chip shop we will go to. The fish is always amazing, in particular the haddock and its huge. I also love the chicken tikka wrap. Again huge and...two could easily share it with some chips on the side. The food is always lovely and when we get it delivered its always piping hot and on time. Best fish shop around.

I.ve sampled almost all of the fish n chip shops in the area and this one, in my opinion, is the best. The chips actually taste good ... I can manage to finish a bag without feeling queasy, or getting sick of that common oily...taste as you try to polish the lot off. The shop takes a little finding but it.s in amongst a cluster of shops. Réservez une table maintenant

I ordered a chicken ktikka kebab pack normal kebab. the ktikka had many terrible little fat in, huh was lazy, the Ktikka aroma was beautiful, only the huh was not disgusting.

the best fish in gateshead. large and boneless and very fresh! the chips are a good part. shinda and harminda are beautiful owners of whom we bought. for years, on and off

Great little fish and chip shop, that like others also servers everything else. Scampi and chips are great. Fish bites can't be faulted.

the best chip shop in gateshead. they get a large part of chips and the squid is bueatifull and freshly cooked before them.
