Don't bother wasting your money here! Does not resemble gelato at all. I chose 3 different flavours that all tasted the same, watery and BLAND. I honestly was taken back to 2021 and assumed that I had lost my sense of taste due to a certain virus...... This was not the case the ice cream is just terrible. If you had one bad flavour it can be excused but to have 3 different flavours all taste the same is unacceptable. Staff don't appear to want to be there, awful customer service and seem clueless as to what goes in what size pot. After some muttering I was presented with 3 measly scoops that had NO FLAVOUR. AVOID any cheap own brand ice cream tastes better than this drivel.
Massive ice creams! Lovely but as a one off as it was £30odd for five ice creams. That being said one scoop is actually huge and there are loads of options for different cones and toppings. It was also tasty and definitely recommend. Gets pretty busy though and it becomes a bit of a free for all. Waited patiently behind a family being served, giving them some space, for another woman to come in with child and walk up to the counter, apparently oblivious to me waiting and then got served next, despite me standing there for some time and obviously invisible to the staff too! Bit annoying but can see how that can happen.
I purchased an ice cream for my daughter and she absolutely loved it. They have a good variety of options, but it was surprisingly quiet when we first arrived. However, once we decided to go there, there was a slow-moving line. It seems like one of the sales team members may have been on a break, causing a backlog. Despite this, I still think it's worth a visit.
There are plenty of options to choose from at this restaurant. At first, we thought it might be a bit pricey, but then we saw the size of the one scoop of ice cream! We tried flavors like Grasmere ginger, key lime pie, and snickers. There are many places to get ice cream, but this one really stood out.

Different flavours here than we had earlier in the week In Hawkshead but still great portions and flavour, the rum and raisin and snickers both outstanding. Shop doesn’t flow right as you have to come back through the queue to pay but it’s a minor problem
Lovely little ice cream shop. We tried the vegan mint chocolate and it was delicious. Great portion size too. Slightly expensive so I’d rather pay a little less for less ice cream.
Fantastic ice cream desserts with a wide variety of flavors. They also offer a great selection of vegan options. It's a must-try spot if you find yourself in Windermere.
The best ice cream spot!!! I’ve visited too many times to even count. Friendly staff, lovely shop. Tasty ice cream you always receive a fabulous big portion!!!
