I have eaten here for breakfast twice recently. What made me return so soon was the flexibility in the menu and friendliness/service offered.I feel really comfortable to order without seeing the menu knowing they will deliver exactly what I want. For example, the other day I was shown to my table, as I sat down I said to my server, could I please have green tea, smashed avocado on sour dough with two poached eggs, bacon and tomato. "sure"Now I don't know if that combo was on the menu, but the server just wrote it down and that's what I got.How good is that!!Five out of five, it's my now go too place for breakfast or brunch at St Ives.
We attended for a family lunch for 9 on a Saturday. It was very crowded and service was very slow but fortunately time was not of the essence so it did not matter. The food when it arrived was very good. I had the calamari which was excellent and all the other dishes ordered looked good too. Everyone ate everything which is a good indication!You can have a glass of wine here and that was appreciated. The drinks menu is not extensive but quite adequate for lunch.
I've now been twice to this cafe and am still impressed with the quality of food and service. My friend and I had lunch here and enjoyed chicken fajitas and chicken Caesar salad, a lovely glass of wine each, amazing dessert and coffee.The waiting staff are very efficient without the unnecessary hovering.There's also an outdoor area for dining, which we might try when the weather warms up.Definitely will come back again
This cafe not only serves good food and coffee but the setting is comfy and stylish. There was not one time the waiting staff did not have a smile on their face when they served customers. I always felt welcomed and felt good after eating there. Great automanphere and we always ended up there when there are also many cafes in the St Ives Shopping centre.

Came across this cafe on a Saturday lunchtime whilst in the area with 3 friends. The menu looked interesting and the place was full so we gave it a go. We were not disappointed as the food was delicious. We all tried something different and it was all well cooked and interesting including my lamb salad. Good service even though it was very busy.
Had a breakfast here with my two grand daughters. We all enjoyed our meals. Generous serves of each dish chosen. Lovely and hot and well cooked, Scarmbled eggs and bacon were spot on. The poached eggs given the thumbs up and the French toast style croissant vanished very quickly. Great coffee and hot chocolate were a bonus.
Met up with a gal pal for brunch last week. Food great, shame service was poor. Waitress was clearly disinterested, non accommodating, e.g. request for milk with cup of tea, was received and response was sarcastic. Attitude was bored and unmotivated.
Had a lovely breakfast here. The corn fritters were absolutely delicious and I would definitely order again. Not sure if you can reserve tables but if you can I would recommend doing so as it was very busy.

I have tried this place a few times so I thought I would review them. The coffee is excellent and the food is pretty good quality above the standard of a shopping centre Cafe.
