We had a sweet tooth fix that needed to be taken care of. The place we stopped for, didn't look like a place we wanted to dine in. Fortunately, I spotted The Livingroom a short walk up the street. For a late night stop for dessert and coffee it was perfect. Our waitress was phenomenal and the coffee and dessert exceeded our expectations. We didn't order food, but the food that was served to other tables will have us joining them again to try. Truly impressed! Made for the perfect ending of a day.
They have 20% tip policy in place. Very upfront about it but I donât think it should be that high especially if there is poor service. Should be able to add on for great service. My husbands dish was not how it was described on the menu when he inquired about it the waiter just said thatâs the way it is and never batted an eye or could have cared less when he removed his plate later with only one bite removed. Rest of our parties food was average. Disappointed.
Several people recommended we eat at The Living Room during our stay at The Fenway so we really felt like we needed to give it a try and we are glad we did! Instead of ordering dinner, we decided to take our time with a couple of appetizers and a cold beer and we were not disappointed! Rebecca was our server and she was very attentive to our needs and helped us with our selections. We will definitely eat here again should we find ourselves in Dunedin.
I visited this restaurant based on their online menu which advertised several vegan options, including a vegan meat option. However, upon arrival, I discovered that their menu had been completely changed and there were no longer any vegan options available. The server recommended ordering a salad and requesting that the cheese and meat be removed, but most of the dressings were not vegan-friendly.

Our server was knowledgeable about the vegan options and how to make dishes vegan. They also mentioned a vegan brewery that I didn't get a chance to try. The atmosphere, drinks, music, and service were all great. This is the perfect place to go with friends who enjoy meat and seafood to find a upscale meal.
The food at this restaurant had beautiful presentations and looked appealing, but unfortunately, the flavors were lacking. The Brussels sprouts were not crispy as we had hoped. We tried four different entrees, but none of us were particularly impressed. However, the atmosphere was enjoyable.
Unique inside and menu for a unique experience. If you are looking for normal food then I would not suggest this place. A reservation is good to avoid waiting.
the brown butterscals with the corn risotto were excellent. the risotto was the best I ever had.
