Here on holidays from Melbourne, tried this restaurant tonight and I can say it’s the best service and quality I have received in years. A for friendliness, service and food. Staff were amazing, food was quick, delicious and extra large portions. One of my favourites in my whole life of dining out. Highly recommend to anyone staying at or near Chevron Renaissance.
We had to wait quite a while for the chips and garlic bread to be served. When we inquired about it, we discovered that the kitchen had actually closed after we placed our order through Mr. Yum. However, they refunded our money and then surprisingly brought our food out 15 minutes later! The service was very friendly, and the food and drinks were excellent!
We recently visited the Gold Coast for the National Cheerleader Competition and stopped by the local tavern a few times since it was conveniently located within our hotel complex. It’s a charming little pub with friendly staff and excellent service. We enjoyed a few drinks there, and I recommend giving it a try if you’re in the area. Cheers!
Nothing beats live music alongside great hospitality and The Local Tavern definately delivers. The combination of high quality acoustic musicians and genuinely honest and friendly staff The Local Tavern creates an inviting atmosphere so inviting that you won't want to leave. Fighted for lunch in the local tavern and we were very impressed that the food was amazing and the portion size was huge and Takeaway containers were given happy. We used vouchers and they were very happy to accept, no concerns. Service was amazing and we will recommend and return. Went over and over expectations!
We chose this restaurant because the prices were much more reasonable than others in the area, and we were not disappointed. The portions of our main dishes were large and delicious! I ordered the salt and pepper calamari, which was incredibly tasty, and my partner had the parma, which was as big as his head!
The portions are generous and the prices are excellent. There's a wide variety of drinks available, and the service is very friendly. My only complaint is that we had to check on the status of the kids' meal for our 18-month-old while six adults were being served. This led to our little one getting upset.
Carly was serving us all evening and was incredible! Such a vibrant and inviting personality for customer service. She definitely made the whole dining experience. All smiles all around! Would 100% come back and recommend just because of her excellent service!!!! Réservez une table maintenant
