Combining urban edge with an upscale vibe, it's a fantastic location offering great value. The Da Lola burger was a delightful treat—juicy, well-seasoned beef paired with just the right amount of melted cheese and mouthwatering caramelized onions, all nestled between perfectly toasted, buttered buns. Do not order online from The Lola Cocktail Lab Eatery. On August 28th, I placed an order for $45.45 but never received my food. I was informed that the kitchen was closed and they were out of ribeye. I have tried calling multiple times to get a refund, but no one has assisted me. Apparently, all refunds require approval from the GM, and employees cannot process them. The Lola Cocktail Lab Eatery is amazing! Every meal, from brunch to dinner, looks as stunning as it tastes. I came for brunch but stayed much longer because the atmosphere transformed into a lively party. The cocktails are fantastic and the food is outstanding—pancakes, steak and eggs, tacos—all perfect, 10/10. The space is beautiful and great for photos, and the staff made the experience truly memorable. This is definitely my new favorite spot in Hoboken! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
