The London Tea Room

My mother and I went out for high tea and enjoyed every moment of it. She chose the Parisian breakfast tea, while I opted for lavender earl grey. We were served three types of sandwiches: cucumber with mint, salmon, and chicken salad on a croissant. Additionally, we were each given an orange cranberry scone with clotted cream and strawberry preserves. Despite being too full for dessert, we took home a selection of petit fours including a raspberry-topped brownie, lemon blueberry tart, and macaron. The service was excellent, and we had a pleasant conversation with our server's friend, Alora. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

I got married in 2013 and traveled from out of town to celebrate my bachelorette party with lunch at this restaurant. I absolutely adored this hidden gem and years later, I still find myself longing to return and possibly try their afternoon tea on a weekend. There is no other place in the area that truly captures the essence of afternoon tea as well as this place does. It's remarkable how even years later, people still talk and reminisce about their experience here. It's not often you come across a business that is so perfectly situated and consistently exceptional. I can't wait to return and order a little bit of everything!

I had an exceptional experience at The London Tea Room. I booked a reservation for a Christmas-themed afternoon tea with a friend who isn't vegetarian. We were promptly seated and the decor and table setting were charming. The staff were exceptionally friendly as well. I was pleasantly surprised by the vegan options, which were a fully vegan version of the regular meal. It was evident that thought and care had gone into creating these options, as everything was delicious. I couldn't stop raving about how tasty it all was! The tea was also fantastic. I plan on making this my new holiday tradition.

The London Teespace exceeded my expectations. I had booked a Christmas afternoon tea with a non-veg friend and we were seated promptly at our reserved time. My friends and I recently went to the Pride and Prejudice tea event and we were extremely impressed. The food and tea were superb. The atmosphere was fantastic, providing a complete experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful, addressing a couple of issues that arose with our group before we even arrived for the tea (allergy and possible cancellation). It was a delightful afternoon and we will definitely be coming back!

After reading their responses to negative reviews, it became apparent that the restaurant does not show respect or kindness towards customers, which was also reflected in my personal experience. I would recommend avoiding this establishment.

It is difficult to find a vegan afternoon tea, but this restaurant offers a fully vegan tea option! We were able to choose two different types of tea each and had the option to take our tea to go. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Réservez une table maintenant
