It’s been years since I did a review but felt compelled to do one for this restaurant. On holiday in the La Zenia Playa Flamenca area we decided tonight was a steak night. We headed to the playa flamenca centre as it had a few choices of steakhouse. There is a specific steak menu with 3 courses which is fantastic value. Sometimes you think a good value menu may skimp on quality but this was quite the reverse, the food is outstanding. I had mussels mariniere to start and my wife had the soup of the day. As a group of 6 (3 adults 3 kids) we turned up to a young female member of staff at the door who didn 't greet us, she just said booking? We had booked and were shown to our table.... Still no smiles etc.... Once at out table another older female came over with an equally sullen face and simply said drinks ? When I asked where the drinks are on the menu and could we have 5 mins to decide she rolled her eyes and said 'most people know when they come in '. It was at this point we left. I am absolutely appalled at the rudeness and will definitely not be giving them a second chance.
Great food friendly service, although the night we dined it was very quiet so lacked atmosphere. The owner said that the previous evening it was vary busy. Luck of the draw! On a negative side, the owners child was sat at a table behind us playing on a tablet and the constant noise was disturbing. We would still return for the great food!
Fabuloso, la comida excelente, fresca y casera, buen trato de personal , un sitio inolvidable con las vistas preciosas, limpio y precioso. Me ha gustado todo. Allí quieres volverte muchas veces. Tiene un ambiente muy relajado y como en casa. Muy cómodo para aparcar coche. Recomendable sin duda!

Seen The Longhorn many times and never been in. Had a super dinner for 5 last night. Amazing, friendly service. Steaks … delicious, perfectly cooked . So many places can’t cook a decent steak, The Longhorn can. One of our party had Goulash, also special! We will return.
