Busy,so slightly slower service at the bar but still very attentive. Ford was amazing..the assault on the nasal sense when having a drink, watching what others were ordering and eating..then our order turned up..great food and good portions(Too much! ..asked to vacate our table to accommodate the dj but offered a round of drinks for 4 of us as compensation was a fantastic bit of customer service..cant wait to go back
Great place for a visit lovely choice of beers etc, great service, back garden is awesome which I'm sure will be in use soon when the world cup 2026 starts up! Me and a friend was there last week or so we had a great time sitting in the garden drinking beer and chatting away.
The place is very clean, especially tables, staff is very friendly. Food was very good, toilets were very clean with no smell. The owner seems to be sitting down doing nothing but imitating customers and workers, seems like he doesn't have experience in the business
Haven’t been to this venue for a few years we used to hold our school reunions here But wow what a lovely place great atmosphere just like the good old days so comfortable relaxed staff friendly Stacy even sorted some music on for us can’t wait to go back Réservez une table maintenant
Great mixed grill and chicken madras. Perfect size with mushroom and pilau rice on side. Very welcoming and the woman behind the behind bar on Monday 20th April (can’t remember her name) but she was a great host for the night behind the bar
Had a few hours here today, they have had a refurb, its really lovely, sat in the garden, what a gorgeous sun trap, food was amazing, barmaid was so lovely, helpful friendly, would defo recommend you to take a visit xxx
Great food, good pints, friendly staff and just overall a really nice pub. Highly recommend for watching Aston Villa games or just football in general
