Oh My God! Amazing. Best breakfast we've had in a while. I got the Chimi and it was the best of the group. Daughter had the Pine street, also good but the table liked the Skagit omelet better. All the food was tasty and surprisingly not greasy. Can't wait to go back. 6 stars.

Amazing! After many years, we've decided to try a new place for breakfast and sooo glad we did! We actually had lunch, a Reuben and smashburger. Both were delicious, a perfect flavor combo in every bite. Honestly, best Reuben I've had. A must try in Mt Vernon!

This place gets better every time I come here, great old school diner, the only decent place to get a real breakfast in Skagit County, and their sandwiches are great too.

When you walk in immediately, it's a very nice comfy and casual space. The food is top notch, and the service is immaculate.
