I phoned and ordered two paninis from here, costing When I went to pick them up, they were all wrapped and the woman behind the till said they were “well done” and if I wanted new she would make them, as I was in...a rush and the food was already wrapped, I said it’s okay, I don’t mind well done food. However, this was not well done… both paninis were visibly burnt. They were hard and had no taste except from burnt. I rang and was offered a refund which I have never received after giving the details needed. I used to like this cafe but I will not be visiting again. The owner was taking a selfie with that UKIP bloke so asked me to wait indoors. No one was wearing a mask, not even the servers. I'd already paid but when I saw the interior I wrote the money off and left. I tried to...complain to the owner but he said he was busy, having his photo taken by the UKIP blokes assistant.

What a lovely find,staff were wonderful, happy and cheerful, and our visit was very enjoyable. The sandwiches were very tasty and there was no shortage of filling, drinks were good, and the cakes were to enticing to resist. Very nice and we must return soon.

This is the second time I've visited this cafe. On both occasions, we've had good quality hot food and friendly service. Good selection and good prices too. Worth a visit if you want a filling breakfast. Réservez une table maintenant

This is a very clean, welcoming cafe on the High Street. Good food at reasonable prices and good service.
